With a 50yo house, roof leaks has constantly been an issue but the biggest issue was getting a genuine contractor. I’ve had just too many experiences with unreliable contractors & whom you won’t see for comeback jobs. Carl is unbelievably different .. very experienced to provide the best solution with realistic price. Within the warranty period he’ll definitely return to attend to any complains . Just today, he came to rectify this small water drip which is not even at the area he worked on before & even looked at the pipings plus made a cover under the tiling.. all these at no charge !
