I called Mr. Goh to seek help with an electricity trip issue at my house. He provided guidance through the phone on how to identify the switch in the distribution board box that's causing the issue. He even entertained several more calls from me after that, during the troubleshooting process. I found it very helpful, in the end it did not require an electrician to come over to the house at all.

I have heard of his professional reviews from other customers and I thought why not engage him on replacing my old lights in the house and he promptly replied my messages and asked me specifically what I wanted. So I told him and the next day at the appointed time he arrived and within an hour or so, he finished his job promptly. He also charged me with the reasonable rates and gave me some advices as well. A kind and respectful man, if any problems exist again, I will surely engage him.

I liked wireman structural billing system, no hidden cost and everything in black and white.i also liked gps tracker which allow me have to time to prepare. Even informing me that they were going to be later than the time that was fixed, this is a very considerate thing to do. Electrician brought a younger apprentice and taught the apprentice to clean up after doing the job and made sure all sockets were tested for function before leaving. It was an excellent job.
